This game was a W on the schedule. A win goes a long way with a probable W against Temple next week ( yes I'm assuming a W ).

You can say bad things, but deflating the unwarranted hype should first be applied to the Oline, then the defense...I'd say coaching, but anyone after 5+ years expects difference making coaching in a positive direction lives that alternate reality that has become so fashionable.

I’m telling you this is Daz all the way. With the extra time, he injected himself back into the offense. He telegraphed that he was going to do exactly this after Wake. He decided that we weren’t going to get Dillon more carries all to the outside. Every Dillon rush has been to the outside. This has been by design. The announcers were told that would be the game plan. Basically, Daz wanted to switch things up on offense to go back to what doesn’t work.

Better chance of hiring Saban than Daz getting fired.

The game has come down to a few key plays where BC has completely fucked up. Not tackling on a 6 yard pass leading to a TD- offsides negates an INT (that would have changed the entire game); unnecessary roughness on the sliding QB leads to seven points. That’s the game. Of course, if they had come out with more creativity on offense and some heart on defense, they could have overcome all that.

Everyone is getting pushed around. OL looks weak. Dillon is not running hard, mostly because he is going to the outside instead of bashing it up the middle.

If you want to go outside bring Smith around and use him or Walker. Then bash Dillon up the middle (but not on every first down). PA to Sweeney. Go long once in a while to test them. Just run them in the right fucking order sequentially.

You're right, lets stay with this gameplan...I mean, it is so effective so far, and we did dismantle Umass and HC. Purdue gets ball first to start half, but lets see how great the halftime adjustments prove to be. Addazio is the master at adjusting to real game situations.

I stupidly thought Addazio had turned a corner and the talent could make up for his shortcomings. It's too bad the rest of the ACC sucks so bad because Daz could still luck into 6 or 7 wins and get to another bowl, earning him an extension.
