It looks like it is in progress. If you click on some of the players, you will see that their bios have been updated. But this is pretty bad and something that I had hoped would improve under Bates.

If Miller is not on the official roster he is not on the team regardless of injury.

He had that bad leg injury so I assumed he wasn't playing this year, but not 100% positive. Perhaps he's had enough with the injuries.
