Howevr, you can't just chalk up Suntrup invisibility to Spaz's idiocy. If Suntrup was really excellent -- a starter in waiting as we all hope -- Martin, for one, would have wanted to get him some reps in case Rettig was hurt. It did not happen over 11 games.

I haven't heard that rumor, but adding onto homojs's link explosion. We all know the type of players BC makes available to the media aren't going to say anything inflammatory and the media is too buddy buddy with spaz to ask any probing questions so based off the players quotes they can build a narrative.

The thing I chuckled at is Spaz saying he only has 3 recruiting classes, so for those who credited Keuchly to Spaz as an example of Jags not recruiting, the fight goes continues.

Sounds like Spaz is referring to Bates' group of unofficial alumni advisors - a group supposedly advising on picking a new coach.

But does Spaz still think that he might be the coach next year? Or that he has a chance of continuing?

Well after the students chanting fire spaz and there being a fire spaz banner on campus for the past week and every gameday, I can't imagine he's that oblivious
