I posted that Jags said Leftwich was done and they needed to go with Josh Freeman ala Detroit Lions.

Jags was right and the Mooslim is one and done.

Serious question: How did you become a Bucs fan?

Originally from Maine, hated the Patriots though because when I was young they were just God awful. Dad was a Giants fan but I hate NY so that was out. And then the Bucs picked up Brooks, Dunn and a few other guys that I loved in college so I became a Bucs fan. Odd story but true.

If I got a $1 for every time someone asked me that I'd be a rich person.

So you're a front-runner. Got it.

He does deserve some credit for sticking with them though.

No wonder they suck. Who plays runningback, Toby Keith?

Depends. Was he cheering for the Giants yesterday out of support for Chris Snee?

Yeah, he beat out Kenny Chesney in camp and poor Kenny had to settle for doing ESPN ads.

Sad. First beaten out of a roster spot by a half-retarded Oklahoman, then beaten out of consciousness by throngs of enraged college football fans.

No not rooting for the Giants yesterday. And umm let's remember, when the Bucs got Dunn, Brooks etc, they were still piss poor. I try to get to at least one game every year in Tampa (although this year I'm not wasting my $$ because we blow). So no, I'm not a front runner. Why the hell would I root for BC and the Bucs if I were a front-runner?

You're a frontrunner because you "hated the Patriots" because they sucked at the time. If you weren't a frontrunner, you would have rooted for the hometown team (or closest to it) regardless of how good they were. This obviously was an affront to God so he's making you pay by having you watch a season (or two...) of Byron Leftwich as your team's QB.

If you want to convince people you aren't a front-runner, you shouldn't mention in the same post how you're not going to any games because the team stinks.

That has nothing to do with being a front-runner. Nobody in my family ever rooted for the Pats so neither did I. And secondly, seriously, would you pay money to watch the Buccaneers right now?

So, it appears that everyone in your family is a front-runner...

Josh Johnson.... DOA.

I guess the Mooslim won't admit that Leftwich has a slower windup than Wilbur Wood and the mobility of a turtle.

Maybe they wrote off 2009 and are saving Freemans body for 2010.
