Aug. 30 @ Massachusetts
W Dominant win. Willis runs for 100+, Defense forces 4 turnovers
Sept. 5 PITTSBURGH*
W Close win. Defense plays big again, while Murphy and Willis do just enough to pull it out.
Sept. 13 USC
L Going to be ugly again. One of the freshman (guessing Hilliman) has a bright game.
Sept. 20 MAINE
W UMass all over again.
Sept. 27 COLORADO STATE
W Very ugly, slow game but BC running backs finally break out for massive rushing output.
Oct. 11 at NC State*
W The ground game keeps rolling.
Oct. 18 CLEMSON*
L We'll hang in there, for sure, but they pull away late in the third. Bold
prediction: Murphy has big statistical day.
Oct. 25 at Wake Forest*
W This game will make or break our season. The defense gets to the frosh QB. Josh Keyes becomes an animal.
Nov. 1 at Virginia Tech *
L Only because it's on the road, and well, Matty Ice plays for the Falcons.
Nov. 8 LOUISVILLE*
W Big win for the program. The Myles Willis show.
Nov. 22 at Florida State*
L Jameis rapes our D and since nobody cares about BC, the local Alabama cops turn a blind eye
Nov. 29 SYRACUSE*
W We let it slip last year. Need this game to show improvement.
Final Statements:
1: The senior laden offensive line propels Myles Willis to 1400 yards rushing, and Hilliman for another 400 or so.
2: They also provide a solid base for Tyler Murphy, who throws for more TDs than Interceptions and punches home a couple more rushing TDs.
3: Shakim takes a bit to get acclimated. Billy plays his heart out but isn't the same. Charlie Callinan steps up, and will be ready for the Amidon role as SO.
4: Josh Keyes will be the best player on defense. Steven Daniels will make a lot of tackles.
5: Despite a lack of depth up front, and lack of talent in the backfield, the defense improves (will get after the quarterback and force turnovers)
