No shock here, but it looks like any hope of reforming Title IX's requirements under the current administration is dead - in fact the're making it more onerous for schools to comply:

Title IX is a joke and just one more way for Obama to screw things up. BC should go 60/40 in male/female admissions and only admit hot jersey chasers.
