I know hindsight is 20/20, but what beady-eyed, flapping head Canadian thought that track's design was a good idea?

Truly horrible. Hearts out to his family and teammates. If this happens in luge, does that mean the skeleton guys are in even more danger?

Hey lets put up an unprotected seires of thick steel poles without nets or cushions so if someone leaves the track at 132 feet per second, their melons can get crushed.

If they're skeletons then I think that means they're already dead.

Reports are saying it was German engineered.

You sure it wasn't Japanese (e.g. Toyota)

You gotta have big ones to compete in a sport like that…..horrible accident + prayers to the family
