I don't even think Harold's incident was that bad. And Harold was much better than Phillips.

Two news items of note...

The whacko chick filed a restraining order against Phillips the day after she posted that note at the house. In the TRO, she made statements that alleged sexual harrassment (including threats of getting her fired). Harold Reynolds' lawsuit for wrongful termination will be a slamdunk if Phillips keeps his job.
