Cardinals weirdos

Even the Marlins had a thread so I felt left out.

p and s. this cardinals team is ridiculously underachieving this year. at the very least, they should be leading the NL Central.. they are +94 in runs and have one of the best starters ERAs in the majors!

She always does.

The rain delay allowed me to watch Motte's two inning save live. I like watching him pitch.

I can't believe that at a national school like BC there is not one other Cardinals weirdo on this board...

I feel really good about this team.

The dodger's have two really good pitchers in Kershaw and Greinke but I think the cardinals are overall a better team.
I fully expect them to get to the world series again this year.

I hope the Cardinals get there because they are terrible.

The Cardinals have too many players with generic names out of central casting. I cannot trust Jon Jay, Allen Craig, Matt Carpenter or Matt Adams, among others.

It's a AAAA team with one pitcher, two steroid stars from the 90s, a great catcher and a closer that throws hard but would get shellacked in the AL.

Heard that in 2004.

As a fan, I don't really care, because the Dodgers are pretty bad too. But they have better starters.

I can see both sides on this one. Guy has all the talent in the world and loves to play the game and plays it like he has no fucking clue what is going on around him. It's fun to watch and he's good for the game, but he's still complete :clownshoes

I feel like the people who get weird about his antics either have a team playing against him at the time or are the same as the weird0s when they are shocked a recruit would decommit.

I am trying to think of who you are referring to with "steroid stars". No idea.

Also, you realize that Pujols a) is not on the team anymore b) started playing in 2001.

I'm not weird about his antics because he is not on my team. If I were a Dodger fan, he would drive me nuts.
