madatory with a chase utley mention...
dear chase (i feel like I can call you chase because you and me are so alike). i'd like to meet you one day, it would be great to have a catch. i know i can't throw as fast as you but i think you'd be impressed with my speed. i love your hair, you run fast. did you have a good relationship with your father? me neither. these are all things we can talk about and more. i know you have not been getting my letters because i know you would write back if you did. i hope you write back this time, and we can become good friends. i am sure our relationship would be a real homerun!

Next they need to stop the Piano Man sing-a-long, which is the equivalent of hearing Buttercup in the 4th quarter at Alumni.

this is unbelievable.
Campbell has gotten on base every game since getting called up and gave a nod to BC football on Twitter yesterday.

not to get ahead of ourselves but they are on pace to win 129 games this year.

Dustin Pedroia is also on pace to hit 43 home runs - Hanley Ramirez, 54

although it's much more fun after 1 game than 15 games, i still love the on-pace discussions

Finally ended 10 minutes after I decided to go to bed.
Tonight's matchup vs Wacha is huge. Nothing personal, hansen, but I want this series. I'm still smarting from the Cubs sweep.
Mets 3-0 since BC guy Eric Campbell was called back up, just sayin'. They never should have sent him down, he has been one of the best OBP guys on the team this year.

maybe Noah would be a good platoon split with Granderson?
through 4 starts noah has the highest OBP on the team by 10%...
the phillies are absoltuely atrocious

It would be nice to see the Mets play well versus someone other than PHI.

So they put Tejada at third and he goes 8 for 21 with a .982 OPS in six games.

Tejada now .483/.500/1.121 in the past 7 days (31 PAs). Too bad the club isn't following suit. We'll see if moving him back to 2nd changes anything.

while i dont think he's the best manager, i don't understand the people that want to run terry out of town.
he's trotting out at least 3 minor leaguers everyday

Agreed Collins isn't the problem.
I don't know how much more I can take after this d'Arnaud injury.

Forget Tulowitzki, can the Mets at least trade for some hitters with positive WAR?
